Top SchoolJanar Palk is a founder and Fractional Head of Data with 11 years of experience helping high-spend, fast-growing brands turn analytics into growth. Based in Estonia, he combines hands-on front-end engineering roots with product and growth leadership across fintech, SaaS, and marketplace businesses, having shipped products and analytics at Paxful, CXL Institute, and his own venture Forexbook. Janar specializes in building automated marketing and analytics pipelines, conversion optimization, and data-driven product roadmaps that scale customer acquisition and lifetime value. He’s comfortable across the stack—SQL-driven analytics, marketing automation, and front-end experimentation—and often bridges engineering and growth teams to rapidly validate and ship ideas. An unusual strength is his early-career blend of brokerage/forex analysis and engineering, which gives him a practical edge in data-informed monetization strategies.
