Senior🎓
Top SchoolJanning Chow is an experienced electrical contractor and operations generalist based in the Greater Seattle Area, blending a decade of hands-on tradeswork with COO-level business management and contract stewardship. At IBEW Local #46 he oversees inside wiring and previously supported sound & communications installations, while earlier roles at Cooper Technologies had him coordinating legal, HR, and technical deliverables for software and consulting projects. He’s known for holding vendors and clients accountable to contracts and for being the practical bridge to legal teams—ensuring disputes are managed proactively rather than reactively. Comfortable switching between fieldwork and office responsibilities, he also has applied skills in SQL, front-end design, and benefits administration. Colleagues describe his impact as “effective,” a trait he pairs with a quiet preference for private, iterative work (as reflected by mostly private code repositories).
