Summary
Jarbas Jácome is a multidisciplinary researcher and software engineer with 16+ years blending computer science, interactive art and computer music, currently pursuing a PhD while leading XR development at ISI-TICs SENAI-PE. He is the creator and long-term maintainer of ViMus, a C++ real-time integrated audiovisual engine used in high-profile Brazilian exhibitions for Tom Zé and Gilberto Gil, and has shipped interactive installations leveraging OpenGL, OpenAL, OpenCV and Kinect.
