Top SchoolJared Hasen-klein is an IT director and operations leader in Los Angeles with nine years of hands-on experience building reliable systems and automations for schools, government offices, and nonprofits. He blends systems thinking, advanced PowerShell and cloud administration (Microsoft 365, Intune, JAMF), and practical networking/MDM expertise to keep complex environments running smoothly. Jared pairs day-to-day ops with product-minded improvements—examples include a custom invitation tracking system for the Governor’s Office and COVID screening web tools built for school programs. As an active freelance consultant he supports a wide SaaS stack (Okta, Zoom, Zendesk, Verkada) and has contributed front-end UX and accessibility improvements to the prominent FIRST Robotics webapp The Blue Alliance.
