He has led teams and mentorship efforts, implemented automated testing and data pipelines, and improved productivity and activation metrics across roles at Gold Ocean Holdings, MANTL, and IBM. Jared blends hands-on engineering with product-minded thinking—refining models that filter 20% more real estate leads and building a scraper-to-recommendation pipeline that enabled multi-million dollar investments. He’s comfortable owning features from React frontends to Node backends and has a track record of high-availability systems used by universities and enterprise customers.
