Top SchoolJarro Van Ginkel is an entrepreneurial founder and technology leader with a decade of experience designing cloud-native data platforms and guiding cross-functional engineering teams. He has led architecture and strategy as a CTO and Chief Technology/Strategy Officer, and most recently founded Eur Company to build open-standards software that helps organisations stay independent. Hands-on across Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks and tools like dbt and Airflow, Jarro mixes deep technical craft (Python, Rust, identity/OAuth/OIDC) with C-level advisory on digital transformation and governance. His background includes building production-grade data and AI foundations for financial firms such as Robeco and delivering greenfield analytics platforms for enterprise customers. Based in Rotterdam/The Hague, he combines a formal education in business information management and financial law with a persistent focus on European digital sovereignty and practical open alternatives. Colleagues describe him as a quick learner and people-first leader who deliberately bridges technical detail and organizational impact.
