Top SchoolJascha Quintern is a serial founder and product-focused technology leader with 11 years of experience building UX-driven, multi-tenant cloud applications and scalable enterprise software. As CEO and Co‑Founder of rightflow he is pioneering vertical AI to automate mass legal processes, helping law firms boost efficiency and reduce errors at scale. Previously he led UX, frontend architecture and full‑stack development across startups and corporate labs (PulseShift, osapiens, SAP), combining hands-on coding with team building and teaching roles. He brings a rare blend of design sensibility and systems thinking—equally at ease sketching prototypes in Figma or architecting React/TypeScript platforms—and has a track record of turning complex enterprise needs into usable products. Based in Mannheim, he also runs INF and frequently teaches practical app development, reflecting his commitment to mentorship and product craftsmanship.
