Top SchoolJason Cerrato is a customer success and product support leader with seven years of technical and people-focused experience driving user adoption and resolving complex platform issues. He progressed from hands-on systems and desktop support into leadership roles at the Broad Institute, where he built processes for frontline support, bridged product and engineering priorities, and managed bioinformatics/product support teams. Now Director of Customer Success at Manifold, he combines cloud and HPC operational know-how (RHEL, Google Cloud, Univa Grid Engine) with a knack for translating technical problems into improved user education and product improvements. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic triage, data-informed process design, and clear cross-functional communication.
