Top SchoolJason Chiang is a技術長 and cloud platform architect with 12 years of experience building serverless backends and PHP web platforms from Taiwan. He has progressed from webmaster and IT/MIS roles into leadership, currently steering technical strategy at Apex TW after hands-on serverless work at ŌEN and e-commerce engineering at TiANN Titanium. Jason blends practical ops experience—VPN, EIP, and equipment management from his early career and military service—with modern cloud-native and blockchain consulting skills. He is particularly adept at translating legacy web systems into scalable serverless architectures while advising on blockchain integration patterns. Based in New Taipei, he pairs a Bachelor’s in Information Management with a pragmatic, product-focused engineering approach that favors reliability and cost-effective cloud designs.
