Senior🎓
Top SchoolJason Cross is a Senior UX/Product Designer with 11 years of experience turning complex, compliance-sensitive problems into clear, human-centered experiences across web, mobile, and OTT. He’s built design systems from 0-to-1—creating tokens, accessible components, and developer-ready documentation—while partnering deeply with privacy, legal, and engineering teams to ship at scale. At Meta he led data transparency tools used by over 100 million people and helped mitigate regulatory risk that protected company revenue, and at Aptia he’s establishing design culture as the company’s first in-house designer. Jason blends systems thinking with hands-on craft, running discovery, testing, and cross-functional sprints to translate research into measurable outcomes like higher self-serve adoption and fewer support contacts. He’s equally comfortable directing external agencies and mentoring designers, and brings a background in fine arts to inform thoughtful, usable visual systems. Based in Florida, he’s open to Senior/Lead/Staff roles where design is treated as a strategic partner.
