Top SchoolJason Hall is an operator and talent leader who blends eight years of front-office investment experience with hands-on crypto and DeFi engineering, currently serving as COO of Quatrefoil Data Services. He has built and scaled technical and quantitative teams for systematic hedge funds and prop shops, led TA functions that grew startups rapidly, and co-founded tokenization and digital-asset ventures focused on compliant, balance-sheet-friendly products. Jason’s background spans Bridgewater portfolio construction, derivatives execution, and managing BTC/ETH and layer‑2 strategies, while advising tokenization of real-world assets with supply‑chain and commodities expertise. Notably, he pairs military discipline from early Army service with a data-driven hiring philosophy, enabling durable teams and pragmatic crypto treasury work such as delta‑neutral yield farming.
