Top SchoolJason Hoffmann is a behavioral therapist and licensed clinical social worker with an MSW from Loyola University Chicago who transitioned into private practice after a 13-year track record of leadership in digital media and product growth. He combines deep clinical skills—specializing in LGBTQ+ care, sexual health, and addiction—with decades of experience mentoring teams, scaling digital campaigns, and driving measurable business outcomes. As owner of TrueSelf Therapy Solutions and former clinician at Inclusive Insight, he blends evidence-based interventions with a strategic, client-centered approach informed by prior roles managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams. His background as a lead developer at Reaktiv Studios and independent consultant adds a unique tech-forward perspective to therapeutic practice, using data-informed strategies for engagement and wellness. Known for translating complex problems into practical solutions, he brings both empathy and operational rigor to clinical and practice management challenges. Based in Chicago, he is equally comfortable supervising clinical growth as he is optimizing digital presence and client outreach.
