Top SchoolJason Horner is a Principal Consultant and Azure Data Platform specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and delivering modern data engineering and advanced analytics solutions for enterprise customers. He combines deep technical fluency across Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, ADF, Databricks, ADLS, Snowflake and dbt with practical coding skills in SQL, Python, C#, and PowerShell to solve business problems end-to-end. As a former practice lead who managed a 30-person analytics team and a six-time Microsoft MVP and MCM in SQL Server, he blends technical leadership, P&L and delivery accountability with a strong commitment to training and community evangelism. Based in Colorado, he runs an independent consultancy that focuses on short-term transformational engagements and hands-on workshops, and he brings a track record of performance tuning, migrations and scalable architecture design that helped clients realize measurable business impact. An avid adventurer outside work, he’s as likely to be snowboarding or seeking out dive bars as he is to be debugging a complex ETL pipeline.
