Top SchoolJason Hu is a full-stack web engineer with nine years of experience building consumer-facing apps and developer tools, most notably as a founding engineer at Screencastify and co-founder of travel social app Overlap. Comfortable shipping across the stack—from React Native front-ends to GCP-backed services—he has scaled teams and products from early prototypes to broad adoption. Recently on sabbatical in the NYC area, he’s balancing adventurous classes (paragliding, freediving, sailing) while prototyping side projects like chat.mr-pigeon.com. His background in chemical and biomolecular engineering and early lab research gives him a data-minded, experimental approach to product development and rapid prototyping.
