Senior🎓
Top SchoolJason Hubbard is a Director of Data Science with a decade of experience turning behavioral and neuroimaging research rigor into business-impacting analytics and products. He progressed from hands-on experimental and computational research (PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience) to building and leading data science teams at Happy Money and now Zip Co, specializing in NLP, model-driven insights, and production-ready analytics. Jason combines deep expertise in Python/R pipelines, PostgreSQL-backed data engineering, and interactive visualizations with a track record of publishing and operationalizing complex experiments (EEG, fMRI, eye-tracking). He is as comfortable designing cognitive assessment software and teaching data science as he is scaling teams and embedding data into product decisions, and he often leverages experimental methods to surface non-obvious customer behavior signals.
