Top SchoolJason Kack is a Senior Network Operations Center Technician with 11 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting large-scale cable and IP infrastructure for Bell from his base in Barraute, Quebec. He manages a broad stack — firewalls, CMTS, R-PHY, switches, routers and servers — and excels at diagnosing complex cross-domain issues under pressure. His specialties span DOCSIS, routing, switching, security, social engineering awareness, and frontline leadership, which he leverages to keep networks resilient and compliant. Colleagues rely on his practical institutional knowledge earned over long tenure rather than formal credentials, and he often pairs technical fixes with clear documentation to prevent recurrence. Known for balancing operational rigor with pragmatic problem-solving, he brings both deep device-level expertise and a knack for coaching teams through outages.
