Summary
👤
SeniorJason Massey is a seasoned Director of Engineering with 10+ years delivering full-stack and analytics-driven systems, currently leading engineering at FFF Enterprises from Temecula, CA. He combines hands-on expertise in Java/Scala, distributed data pipelines, and machine learning-infused analytics with a track record of evolving teams and processes—moving organizations to Lean/Kanban and shrinking operational backlogs. His background spans embedded and high-performance signal processing to cloud-ready ETL, reflecting an unusual blend of systems-level engineering (C, CUDA, VxWorks) and modern data platforms (Spark, Kafka, Cassandra). A pragmatic leader, he has led major platform rewrites, API initiatives, and 3rd-party integrations at scale while mentoring cross-functional Dev/QA/DOC teams. His Marine Corps leadership experience and MS in Software Engineering add disciplined program management and a focus on measurable outcomes.
