Top SchoolJason Riddle is a Principal Architect with over 25 years in IT and more than a decade focused on systems architecture, storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud solutions. Based in Las Vegas, he has led large engineering teams and strategic programs at MGM Resorts and Arctiq, delivering cost-saving FinOps initiatives, large-scale DDI IPAM implementations, and virtualization platform migrations that reclaimed millions in license and cloud spend. He combines hands-on datacenter expertise—server, storage, VDI, DNS/IPAM—with vendor negotiation, procurement leadership, and technical debt reduction, driving both operational reliability and measurable financial impact. Jason is comfortable in client-facing roles, building demonstration labs and assessments that translate complex requirements into testable, production-ready designs. He also quietly maintains personal code repositories while migrating work to Codeberg, signaling a preference for controlled, long-term stewardship of tooling and documentation. Known for pragmatic, audit-ready solutions, he excels at turning sprawling infrastructure challenges into repeatable architectures and clear cost-saving outcomes.
