Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJason Schindler is a seasoned software leader with 12+ years of experience crafting systems, products, and developer accelerators at Object Computing, Inc., where he has progressed from engineer to partner and now leads products and innovation. He blends hands-on engineering (deep experience with Groovy/Grails/Micronaut and distributed systems) with product strategy and growth leadership, repeatedly turning legacy complexity into pragmatic, team-shared solutions. Known for dissecting and modernizing time-hardened systems, he emphasizes understanding rules before breaking them and uses constraints as a creative tool. His background spans full-stack delivery, cloud tooling, TDD, and agile coaching, with early career work in database support and network administration informing a systems-minded approach. Based in Illinois, he pairs technical depth with mentoring and organizational growth, often surfacing incremental engineering practices that accelerate delivery. Collected roles across technical leadership and business growth reflect a rare mix of builder, coach, and product strategist.
