Senior🎓
Top SchoolJason Schmidt is a seasoned support and product engineering leader with 11 years of experience translating complex customer needs into practical, value-driven solutions across cloud, container, and modern application platforms. Based in Denver, he has driven adoption and enablement at Docker and F5—authored best-practice content, delivered workshops (including DoD-focused training), and maintained reference architectures like MARA to help teams experiment safely on Kubernetes. Equally comfortable in escalation support and product strategy, Jason has led cross-functional teams, managed on-prem and cloud deployments, and built training and certification programs for enterprise customers. He pairs deep systems and database roots with a strategic product mindset informed by MS-level organizational leadership, which helps him balance immediate operational fixes with longer-term architectural improvements. A pragmatic communicator, Jason consistently surfaces actionable trade-offs and turns customer headaches into repeatable playbooks that scale.
