Top SchoolJason Stedman is a Senior Java Web Developer with 11 years of experience building robust, extensible systems and leading engineering teams across healthcare, public safety, and SaaS domains. He has held senior and director-level roles at Harvard Medical School and Mark43 and currently drives Java web development at Analyst1, focusing on clear abstractions and tenant-agnostic architectures. Known for boiling problems to their essence, he designs generic, reusable solutions—having led OAuth2-secured external APIs and cloud migrations with DR planning and security audit coordination. He blends hands-on coding with mentorship and operational rigor, from converting legacy builds to Maven to guiding multi-tenant designs. Based in Coventry, Rhode Island, he brings a pragmatic engineering mindset that favors long-term maintainability over quick fixes.
