Top SchoolJason Toups is a strategic civic leader and versatile technologist with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning product, data, customer success, and public service in Truckee, CA. He’s driven measurable growth—scaling ARR from $3.5M to $10M at Swayable while improving NPS to 70+—and has led data and acquisition strategies that managed multi-million dollar budgets. A former McKinsey analyst with hands-on web development and campaign operations experience, he blends quantitative rigor with grassroots organizing skills that have flipped districts and boosted donor revenue. Now serving as a Planning Commissioner and principal financial advisor, Jason pairs public-facing governance with fee-only financial advising and practical product instincts. Colleagues describe him as a “digital unicorn”: an engineer-minded operator who moves fluidly between technical delivery, client strategy, and civic impact.
