Top SchoolJasper Heeffer is a Global Tech Lead for ESG Reporting with 11 years of experience designing user-centered software and technical solutions, currently leading OneStream ESG projects at AMCO Solutions. He blends a strong HCI/UX background with hands-on architecture and data-visualization expertise from roles at Gapminder, where he owned Vizabi and ETL pipelines, enabling him to translate complex sustainability requirements into intuitive reporting systems. Comfortable across sales demos, POCs, RFPs and production delivery, he favors end-user clarity while advising product teams and feeding technical insights back to platform vendors. His career spans interactive installations, museum-grade sensor projects and field-facing roles—evidence of a pragmatic maker who tests ideas in the real world, from kayak tours to mobile espresso operations. Jasper’s multidisciplinary education (HCI, computer science, electrical engineering) and history of managing freelance teams and public workshops give him both technical depth and strong stakeholder communication.
