Senior🎓
Top SchoolJasper Sprengers is an inventive software craftsman and Scrum Master with 10+ years of hands-on experience across Java, Scala and database-backed systems, currently serving ASML via Team Rockstars IT. He blends deep technical expertise—from architecture and backend development to JVM alternatives—with practical delivery skills in international, cross-functional teams. His arts background and MA in English inform a strong focus on the human side of software, improving team communication and documentation as much as code quality. A pragmatic problem-solver, he prefers the right tool for the job and continuously explores trends through blogging and experimentation. Outside work he channels creativity into music and theatre and stays fit through cycling, a hobby that once influenced his choice of local engagements.
