Senior🎓
Top SchoolJavier Aceituno is a product-focused engineer and manager with 15+ years building and scaling web platforms from Madrid. He has led engineering teams of up to 12 across logistics, circular economy, and media products, blending hands-on backend work (Python/Django, Node.js/TypeScript) with roadmap and architecture ownership. Javier excels at aligning product, data and operator stakeholders to turn metrics into prioritized, incremental value while fostering cross-team guilds and engineering culture. He has deep experience in databases and infrastructure (Postgres, MongoDB, Ansible) and a track record of shipping complex systems like routing, pricing engines, and CMS cores. Comfortable moving between coding and leadership, he often contributes directly to critical projects rather than staying purely managerial. His career shows a consistent pattern of improving communication and delivery processes to make teams faster and more autonomous.
