Top SchoolJavier Franco is a Back-End Architect and Principal Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building cloud-native, enterprise web and desktop systems using C#, .NET, Java (Spring Boot) and Azure. He currently leads architecture, code reviews and mentoring at Publicis Global Delivery while also running Heaven Software as CEO and co-founder, blending hands-on delivery with client-facing leadership. Experienced across microservices, DDD and SOLID principles, he’s comfortable designing for failure modes and establishing CI/CD and QA processes in complex teams. Javier’s background spans WinForms/WPF desktop apps, Xamarin/.NET MAUI mobile work, and modern front ends with React and Vue—an unusual full-stack breadth for a back-end specialist. He routinely coordinates technical communication between creative, business and engineering stakeholders, turning ambiguous requirements into pragmatic, scalable solutions. Based in Mosquera, Colombia, he pairs practical cloud experience (Azure DevOps, blob storage, VMs) with a track record of mentoring and building proof-of-concept prototypes.
