Top SchoolJavier Gomez is a Staff Product Designer at Docker with a strong background in product and UX leadership across cloud and observability companies. Over the past decade he has led design systems and product teams at Sysdig, Metrist, Netdata and others, blending hands-on design with product management instincts. Based in Cáceres, Spain, he combines technical design fluency—as a self-described Design Technologist—with entrepreneurial experience as a former CEO and co-founder. Javier is comfortable shipping at the intersection of developer tools and user experience, and often anticipates engineering constraints when shaping product strategy. His preference for clear introductions on LinkedIn hints at a pragmatic, communication-first approach to collaboration.
