Top SchoolJavier González is a seasoned systems architect and product builder with 16 years designing large-scale web, distributed and secure systems from Madrid. As CTO of Altafonte he led an 18-person team to build a world-class music distribution back office (500+ TB, multi-refactor PHP/JS/SQL stack) that was acquired by Sony Music, and now runs Maxsim focused on simplicity-driven cloud, BGP anycast, P2P, private blockchain and AI. He founded VirtualPol, an autonomous democratic social network that still operates independently, and publishes Bitcoin hashpower analytics as an independent researcher, blending tech with economics and politics. Hands-on from coding to infra, Javier is known for practical minimalism—"maximum simplicity"—and for building resilient, self-managing systems rather than feature-heavy products.
