Top SchoolJavier Rayón is a transformational software and product leader with 25+ years building consumer and enterprise products and 14 years of documented professional experience, currently shaping AI strategy as Chief AI Officer at Sesame HR. He combines engineering chops, an MBA, and UX certification to scale teams and products through Series A–C transitions, driving one of the fastest AI adoptions in an HR SaaS portfolio. Known as a builder of culture and lean processes, he blends hands-on product design, front-end engineering roots and entrepreneurship—authoring indie apps and winning a Mobile Innovator Award in 2012. An early AI adopter who wrote AI-themed novels as a teenager, he’s obsessed with inclusive transformation: bringing people along while reframing AI as a mindset, not just a tool.
