Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJavier Ribó is a software engineering lead based in Barcelona with 11 years of experience building scalable cloud and cross-platform systems. He currently leads Atala Prism engineering at Input Output (IOHK), maintaining Hyperledger Foundation repositories and building Rust/Kotlin Multiplatform cryptographic libraries. Previously he scaled architectures as CTO at Jack's Flight Club and led mobile and AI-on-device efforts at startups, showing a strong track record of modernizing legacy stacks and eliminating technical debt. Javier blends hands-on systems and mobile development with technical leadership—hiring, mentoring and driving public demos and open-source documentation. He’s comfortable across Node.js, React/React Native, Kotlin, Swift and Rust, and often pairs pragmatic engineering with product-focused outcomes. Less obvious: he combines enterprise-grade hosting and sysadmin experience from his early founder days with current cryptography and cross-platform library work.
