Top SchoolJavier Toledo is a seasoned CTO and co-founder with 14+ years of experience building product-led engineering teams and scalable software from the Canary Islands. He grew The Agile Monkeys from a startup into an 80+ person, distributed organization and leads both company-level technology strategy and hands-on architecture work, including the open-source Booster framework and AI research efforts. Comfortable spanning full-stack implementation to product design, he consistently ships robust systems while mentoring engineers across six time zones. Javier’s leadership blends entrepreneurial grit, open-source-style collaboration, and a conviction that AI tooling will multiply human creativity—yet he still regularly dives into code to solve the hardest problems himself.
