Currently Chief Product Officer at NexusTek and a fractional Principal Consultant, he blends hands-on product strategy with analyst relations and composable consultancy culture to drive revenue, reduce costs, and mitigate risk. Jay has led complex PMI and growth initiatives at IBM, Dell Technologies, and portfolio companies like Faction, repeatedly turning vision into multi‑billion dollar growth engines during nested M&A. He pairs engineering roots—from early roles in software and infrastructure—with modern product practice informed by Reforge training in data-driven product management and growth. Author of the Fudge Factor newsletter, Jay brings a thoughtful, contrarian streak to industry commentary and strategic decision-making. Based in North Carolina, he is known for aligning security, reliability, and commercial outcomes in large-scale digital transformations.
