Top SchoolJay Park is a senior software engineer based in Seoul with over 19 years of coding experience and 11 years in professional roles, spanning from low-level C++ and Java systems to modern web stacks like Ruby on Rails and Django. He has architected payment and booking platforms, migrated legacy PHP systems to Rails, and more recently leads MLOps and LLM fine-tuning initiatives to productionize Stable Diffusion and custom chatbots for education. Comfortable across databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and cloud-deployed services, he combines hands-on implementation with practical DevOps for scalable APIs. An active contributor and community volunteer—he’s been involved with djangogirls Korea, contributed to mysqlclient-python, and translated a major programming book into Korean—showing a long-standing commitment to knowledge sharing. He has entrepreneurial experience as a founder building multi-supplier hotel booking systems and a track record of integrating complex third-party services like PayPal, Authorize.net, and Recurly. Seeking fully remote opportunities, he brings deep cross-stack fluency and a curiosity-driven habit of learning new languages, frameworks, and tooling.
