Senior🎓
Top SchoolJay Politzer is an engineering manager and former founder with 12 years of experience building and scaling product-driven engineering organizations across startups and enterprises. He combines hands-on full‑stack expertise—React/TypeScript front ends, Node backends, GraphQL, cloud-native deployments and CI/CD—with strategic program leadership, having led large migrations (IDP, CI/CD, micro‑frontends) and deprecated decades-old systems at scale. As Satchel Health’s Co‑Founder/CTO he architected real‑time medical streaming, event‑sourced auditing, and HIPAA-compliant workflows, and at Keller Williams he drove a two‑year module federation migration and managed teams responsible for the majority of code contributions. Comfortable translating product strategy into roadmaps and operational muscle, Jay also brings a nontechnical background in international security and conflict resolution that informs his pragmatic, risk-aware approach to compliance and cross-functional collaboration.
