Top SchoolJay Pozo is a CEO and serial founder with 11 years of experience building AI products since the IBM Watson era, combining deep technical chops with product and operational leadership. He has shipped practical AI systems across industries—from document summarizers that handle 600-page reports to automated real estate listings and a creative studio that turns prompts into storyboard-driven visuals. Jay runs Tawan and Yaklip, deploying private AI assistants and automated video pipelines that integrate models like OpenAI and Replicate into real workflows, not just flashy demos. His background spans hands-on engineering at Disney Interactive and leadership roles in product and data teams, giving him a rare fluency in both what AI can do and what businesses actually need. Based in Bangkok and culturally rooted across Canada, the Philippines and Ecuador, he pairs prompt engineering, systems thinking and deployment experience to deliver AI that teams actually adopt.
