Top SchoolJay Silverman is a Chief Technology Officer and hands-on player-coach with a decade of experience architecting cloud, data, and Generative AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients. He combines deep technical execution—leading delivery as a principal engineer—with company-wide strategy, capability building, and operating-system design to scale senior practitioners. His background spans AWS, Azure, Databricks, DevOps and MLOps, and he has delivered production GenAI products that drove measurable business value (e.g., real-time factory failure prediction and enterprise GenAI assistants). Trained as a Ph.D. microbiologist, Jay brings rigorous scientific thinking to engineering problems, often translating complex data and experimental workflows into automated, resilient cloud systems. Based in Minneapolis–St. Paul, he’s equally comfortable shipping code in client engagements as he is shaping long-term technology roadmaps and partnerships with cloud and data platform vendors.
