Senior🎓
Top SchoolJay Templeton is a seasoned technology executive and global CTO with 30+ years of hands-on leadership in AI, IoT, blockchain and digital transformation, currently shaping strategy and innovation across 100+ countries from Bellevue. He builds pragmatic roadmaps that turn emerging tech into operational platforms—everything from edge AI and precision agriculture to DeFi asset tokenization and large-scale data infrastructures. Jay has repeatedly scaled teams and products to exit or enterprise impact, including leading Aware’s buyout, re-architecting Microsoft’s virtual event platform for 350k attendees, and launching cross-chain DeFi infrastructure. A natural storyteller and demo expert, he blends product marketing, technical delivery and partner readiness to make complex tech feel “wow” for stakeholders and customers. Notably, he pairs startup grit and NGO-style social missions—early projects included closing the digital divide and tactical spatial-intelligence systems—with enterprise-grade delivery for governments and global institutions.
