Top SchoolJay Wall is a senior consultant software developer and strategic technology leader with seven years in software-focused roles and a long career background in aerospace and defense program leadership. He blends hands-on engineering and front-end architecture (Angular, React, Nx) with expertise in semantic linked-data, knowledge graphs, and ledger-backed data platforms to deliver secure, interoperable solutions for regulated industries. Jay has led enterprise-scale modernization projects and designed trusted data ecosystems that emphasize provenance, fine-grained access control, and long-term maintainability. His experience spans startups (co-founding a HIPAA-compliant health-data platform), product and partner leadership at a semantic ledger company, and engineering program management at Boeing and Raytheon. Comfortable operating between product, design, and compliance stakeholders, he excels at translating complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic technical architectures. Based in Nuremberg, he is motivated by durable digital transformation rather than short-term implementation wins.
