Top SchoolJaycee Lydian is a technical director and co‑founder with 11 years of experience building scalable, user-centered systems that blend AI, ethics, and community impact. Based in Seattle, they architect data platforms and production ML solutions—most recently a centralized social‑services data warehouse and a multilingual RAG chatbot that increases resource access for low‑income users. Their background spans end‑to‑end product and infrastructure work, from React/TypeScript frontends and prompt engineering to AWS migrations and cost‑efficient scaling. Notable outcomes include a 50x subscription scale at Crowd Cow, a 90% reduction in order failures, and fraud prevention measures that averted six‑figure losses. Jaycee pairs entrepreneurial grit from running a long‑standing consultancy with an experimental artistic sensibility, intentionally designing tech for equity and accessibility. They prioritize inclusive design and volunteer‑powered validation processes, showing a rare commitment to community‑driven accuracy in technical systems.
