Senior🎓
Top SchoolJayme Hoffman is a product designer, developer, and serial entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building consumer products, marketplaces, and AI-driven tools from Austin, Texas. He has founded and scaled multiple startups—most recently Launcher Labs (which shipped several crypto apps and a successful exit), Homeward.io (acquired by Keller Williams), and Acacia Interactive—while also founding KW’s consumer product team and launching KW.com and mobile apps. Today he advises and builds AI products and startups, including roles at AI Leadership, Redcar, and his new AI company Swamped, blending product strategy with hands-on engineering. Jayme brings rare cross-functional fluency across design, product, and technical execution, often stepping into early-stage CEO or founder roles to de-risk product-market fit. He pairs a pragmatic growth mindset with an appetite for emerging tech—crypto and AI—and a track record of turning experiments into acquisitions.
