Top SchoolJayson Mulwa is a DevOps-focused software engineer and engineering manager based in Nairobi with 9 years of experience building reliable cloud-native platforms and shipping full-stack products. He has led cross-functional teams and owned end-to-end delivery—from system design and CI/CD to AWS infrastructure, monitoring, and security—most recently shaping platform engineering at LEDR Technologies. Previously as VP Engineering at Soop he combined hands-on full-stack development (Vue/Nuxt, Node, Go, PHP) with process improvements like code review, documentation, and onboarding that scaled the team. He also has taught programming at university level and holds an MSc in Software Engineering, bringing both mentorship and academic rigor to applied engineering problems. Notably, his background spans startup product delivery and platform hardening, meaning he’s equally comfortable shipping features and tightening ops for production resilience.
