Based in Puerto Princesa, Philippines, he has practical expertise in API design, legacy code modernization, batch processing, and payment gateway integrations using a stack that includes Rails 7, PostgreSQL, Heroku, Docker, AWS, RSpec/Minitest, and Tailwind. He’s delivered production features, bug fixes, and CI-friendly test coverage across startups and client engagements, often owning both development and deployment tasks.
