SeniorJC Kirwan is a Frontend Tech Lead with 11 years of experience crafting scalable, design-system-driven React and TypeScript applications. He has led cross-level engineering teams, set UI architecture direction, and built micro-frontend and remote-plugin platforms that accelerate independent deployments. At CTI he modernized GIS situational-awareness tools for disconnected, mission-critical environments and created an SDK to reduce ramp-up time for new engineers. Previously he launched company-wide design systems and component libraries—improving prototyping speed, accessibility, and product consistency at Owl Labs and Northeastern.
