Top SchoolJean-baptiste Le Dévéhat is an intrapreneurial product manager and designer with eight years of experience shaping digital services, interoperability and operational transitions for public and social-tech organizations. Currently leading ecological transition initiatives at ADEME, he combines project framing, prototyping, integration and training to drive practical, scalable change across institutions. His background spans founding a peer-organized Social Tech firm, guiding government digital programs (Etalab, Gendarmerie) and managing ERP/CRM product portfolios, giving him both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery skills. He focuses on empowering teams and stakeholders to be autonomous, often on projects of general interest, and is comfortable moving between design, technical integration and operational rollout. An engineer by training with public-sector immersion, he brings a rare mix of civic commitment and product-focused execution.
