He has launched 10 SaaS products in eight years, led organizations of up to 110 engineers, and personally hired 100+ engineers, PMs, and data scientists across healthcare and enterprise B2B domains. Jean specializes in turning complex regulatory and data challenges (HIPAA, GMP, software validation) into robust platforms and played a hands-on role architecting Komodo’s Healthcare Map with data on hundreds of millions of patients. His background spans startups to high-growth companies—driving product strategy, technical due diligence, and major releases such as Apprentice.io’s Tempo 7.0—while maintaining an operator’s focus on recruiting, processes, and delivery. Based in New York, he blends deep technical architecture experience with product leadership and a pragmatic, hiring-first approach to scale mission-critical engineering teams.
