Senior🎓
Top SchoolJean De Souza is a tech lead with over a decade of hands-on software engineering experience, currently shaping architecture and delivery at Concentrix. He blends full-stack fluency (Node, PHP, Java, Python, React/Angular) with pragmatic platform design, having built high-traffic omnichannel systems, self-service portals with millions of monthly accesses, and platforms for autonomous agents. Skilled at scaling distributed systems and defining SDLC, he drives adoption of DevOps practices, automated testing, and observability across teams of 20+ engineers. Jean pairs technical stewardship with people leadership—hiring, mentoring, running workshops, and structuring squads to align business priorities with sustainable engineering outcomes.
