Top SchoolJean-jacques Martrès is a DevOps Engineer with 13 years of experience in ISP and carrier environments, specializing in large-scale core network design, transit/peering strategy, and operations for telco and hosting infrastructures. He combines deep knowledge of routing, switching, signalling (PSTN/IP) and voice systems with hands-on DevOps skills—authoring Zabbix extensions, Windows automation, and SQL integrations to strengthen monitoring and backup visibility. A self-taught, fast learner with an EMBA in Management & Entrepreneurship, he excels at translating network architecture into high-value services that advance business objectives. Known as a pragmatic infrastructure steward ("DevOps butler"), he blends field experience across access/metro/WAN with web and application development (Ruby on Rails) to deliver end-to-end solutions. Not obvious from titles alone, he pairs low-level telco expertise with product-minded system design to squeeze operational value from technology changes.
