Top SchoolJean Lopes is a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building distributed systems and web platforms across finance, healthcare, and enterprise domains. Based in São Paulo and currently at Vigil, he has held senior engineering roles at XP Inc., Bruker, and Avis, bringing practical expertise in full-stack development, DevOps, and software architecture. He blends technical depth with teaching and community leadership—having been a software instructor and .NETCoders speaker—so he’s comfortable both shipping code and mentoring teams. Jean also pairs technical skill with business acumen, holding an MBA in Finance, which helps him translate product requirements into pragmatic, scalable solutions. An open-source enthusiast, he contributes to community tooling and emphasizes reliability and automation in CI/CD for distributed environments. Notably, his background spans both hands-on support and planning roles early in his career, giving him an uncommon end-to-end view of software lifecycle and operational resilience.
