Top SchoolJean-michel Deruty is a founder and CEO with 11+ years building high-performance real-time networking platforms for games and communication applications. As the driving force behind Stormancer, he has led development of a modular cross-platform network engine, scalable "megaserver" hosting, and C++/Unity SDKs that power multiplayer titles and realtime services. He combines hands-on technical leadership—serving as online team lead on multiple studio projects like WRC6 and Battlefleet Gothic Armada—with product and infrastructure design for cloud-on-cloud and big data environments. Trained in complex systems architecture at École Polytechnique, he focuses on pragmatic, automatable server architectures exposed via comprehensive web APIs. Based in Greater Paris, he blends entrepreneurial grit with deep systems engineering to reduce the cost and risk of shipping realtime software. An operator-founder who still ships code, he uniquely bridges studio-facing online ops and platform-level distributed systems.
