Top SchoolJean-michel Girard is a Senior DevOps Analyst based in Montreal with eight years of hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms and full-stack systems. Comfortable across TypeScript, Python, C#, Go, PHP and Java, he blends solution architecture with pragmatic implementation—writing Terraform IaC, building CI/CD pipelines, and managing Kubernetes fleets for large financial and insurance customers. He has led multi-petabyte cloud migrations (Azure→AWS) and designed secure self-service provisioning for isolated VM environments, demonstrating both operational rigor and developer empathy. Frequently the bridge between dev teams and platform concerns, he has improved observability with Datadog, Dynatrace and Splunk/Databricks integrations while authoring reusable libraries and automation tooling. A former startup lead who rose quickly to cloud architect responsibilities, he pairs entrepreneurial problem-solving with enterprise-grade processes. Notably, his background spans both deep infrastructure work and developer-facing tooling, enabling him to optimize reliability without sacrificing developer velocity.
